Spacial relationships and composition are the filters that I look through at everything around me. They inform my work & my appreciation of the art I see in life. My artistic expression is one of a flattened perspective, highlighting spacial relationships & color. Lately I have been using prints of my watercolors to express myself in a new and exciting way bringing parts of different paintings together in collage. That has in turn has allowed me to expand from my past literal expressions to the language of abstraction & applied that technique to my photos as well.
