Embracing Branding

Dear Artist friends,
Do you feel overwhelmed when you try to market your classes, concerts, or other events? You are not alone! To help performing artists develop professional skills frequently needed outside the studio but never taught, Samvād has started a new initiative – Samvād School of Skills.

Join us for ‘Embracing Branding’, a three week workshop via zoom with karen Krolak, Co-Artistic Director of Monkeyhouse, a Massachusetts based company that works to connect communities through choreography. karen will guide us through exercises that make marketing less uncomfortable and help us explore two key tools for building your artistic brand: bios and press releases.
