Grand Army of the Republic Hall & Museum of Lynn, MA Hall & Museum Open House and Film Screening

The Lynn GAR Post #5 Hall & Museum is holding an Open House as part of Salem Ancestry Days Friday April 29th and Saturday April 30th with a Film Screening Saturday April 30th at 2PM.

We will screen Amazon Prime’s “Blood and Fury”, Episode 3 of their ‘America’s Civil War’ series.  The film is about Post #5 member John G.B. Adams and his bravery at the Battle of Fredericksburg in 1862.  His actions resulted in him being awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor.
