Express Yourself immerses young people in the arts, where they find a powerful tool for self-expression, uncover inner strength, and deepen connection with others.

For the past 28 years, Express Yourself has served at-risk youth with significant mental illness in over 50 Massachusetts cities and towns. Through our unique multi-art groups, young people learn to express themselves in healthy, positive ways using a variety of creative means. Each year these youth work collaboratively towards a culminating performance at the Boch Center-Wang Theatre, supported by creative professionals and special guest artists such as STOMP and Blue Man Group. In the process, they discover how to ignite their creative spirits and gain valuable skills to face life’s challenges.
